Season-ending injuries can derail successful teams and alter the course of a player’s career. The unfortunate fact is that the most predictive factor of injury is the history of a previous injury (Hägglund et al., 2013). Wouldn’t you want the ability to potentially identify movement patterns within yourself or your athletes that predisposes them to this initial injury?

Through the use of an evidence-based, thorough, and sport-specific injury risk screening, we can identify those athletes who demonstrate risk factors predictive of future injury.

Following your team’s Injury Risk Assessment, a program will be created, tailored to your team in the most effective and time efficient manner.

Most of these programs can be completed as part of your team’s dynamic warm-up and in doing so, you can potentially prevent up to 50% of ACL injuries (Gagnier et al., 2013). We will take the time to educate your coaches and teach the program to your players so that this program can be seamlessly integrated within your team’s culture and will not waste precious practice or pre-game preparation time

Safely and efficiently returning an athlete to his/her sport following injury is of utmost importance to coaches, athletes, and parents across the country. Unfortunately, this is an area overlooked by many physicians and rehabilitation professionals. With current research indicating that, on average, only 63% of athletes return to sport following ACL Reconstruction (Ardern et al., 2011) and 68% following shoulder surgery (Harris et al., 2013), something needs to change.

This program will put your athlete through a thorough battery of tests to determine his or her readiness to return to the activities that they love without the fear of re-injury or modifiable risk factors that originally predisposed them to injury.
